How to Scan Documents through Network Scanner



Working environment has been changing from time to time. With this change, technology has been accelerated the work flow faster. One of those technologies, network scanner, is being popular around the world where high-tech adaptation is. Today, I will tell you about the step in using network scanner through Adobe Acrobat X Pro. First, you need to have scanner available online usage like Canon iR2520 UFRILT which could be used for printing, copying, and scanning. And one more thing is setting up Adobe Acrobats on your computer and ScanGear Tool programs. Adobe Acrobats allows you to use for scanning while ScanGear Tool is needed for the first time to discover network scanner to scan. If you get these things already, you have to set the scanner online since there are two options on that machine. Online is set to allow online scanning while offline usually allows copying. When you set online, you cannot copy the documents! Next, you need to put document on the tray of machines more than one page (maybe twenty to thirty pages depends on your machine). Then you turn back to your computer in the office in case the machine putting outside for whole office usage.  You should starting running the Adobe Acrobats programs by clicking on Create, continue to PDF from Scanner, continue to Custom Scan and set up the scanner and more about document like: color, which scanner (If more scanners in your office), one side or two side, and so on. Lastly, you can now clicking on Scan and wait for it to finish. If it is finished, they will ask you whether you want to continue scanning or not. Let’s go back to get the documents under the tray and set back offline! Finally, you can save your document with the location and name as you want. “Lessons learned, get the culture of sharing!”
